🌿 Base Rental – $200

🐴 The Farm Favorite — $425

• Horse/pony rides

• Sourdough pizza for up to 15 guests

 

✨ The Full Celebration — $525

Includes:

• Base rental
• Horse/pony rides

• Sourdough pizza for up to 20 guests

🌦 Farm Birthday Rain Policy

We love celebrating birthdays in our gardens and with our animals! Since the weather is always a little unpredictable, here’s how we handle rain to make sure every party is safe, fun, and stress-free:

1. Indoor & Covered Space

• All parties have access to our indoor space and covered deck, so games, cake, and decorations can continue no matter the weather.
• Activities like crafts, music, and storytelling can easily move indoors.

2. Animal Encounters in Rain

• Light drizzle: Goats and ponies may still visit guests on the yard if conditions are safe and animals are comfortable.
• Moderate to heavy rain: For the safety and well-being of the animals, pony rides and goat visits will be rescheduled or moved to a dry area if possible.
• Staff will make this decision based on weather, footing, and animal comfort, typically 30–60 minutes before the party starts.

3. Options for Guests

If your child’s party was booked specifically for the pony rides or goat encounters, we’ll offer:

1. Rescheduling: Move the party to another available date. We’ll hold your package at the same pricing.
2. Modified celebration: Keep the party indoors/covered with crafts, garden activities, and story time while the animals stay safe, and offer a voucher for a private animal visit on another day, or a refund not eh cost of the animal interaction ($150 for pony rides and $50 for goats in the yard).

4. Communication

• We monitor the weather and will contact you by phone or email if there’s a potential impact on outdoor animal activities.
• Guests are welcome to bring rain gear or boots if they’d like to play outdoors, but animal interactions are always at staff discretion.
