Jenny is a homeschooling mother of six, professional musician and teacher, and avid reader. She is passionate about stories and teaching children and teens to express themselves in music and writing. Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2000 from Brigham Young University.
She has taught private and group music classes as well as developed music curriculum for students ages 4-7.
Most recently, Jenny worked as the Junior Director for a volunteer-run school where she oversaw operations for over 40 students. While there, she also taught Astronomy, Spanish and Shakespeare. Jenny produced and directed several performances including ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, ‘A Comedy of Errors,’ ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ and ‘Two Gentlemen of Verona’
She is currently the Children’s Program Director at her church where she oversees the children’s program and trains and supports classroom teachers.
