Details About The Application Process

This page gives instructions on how to apply for the following programs:

  • Summer Camp on the Farm
  • Compass Academy
  • Sprouts Mom’s Day Out Program
  • After School Garden Program

The Compass Center Foundation is an intentional community with engaged families. We collaborate to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for our kids. Parents who are interested in being involved in their children’s education are welcome to apply. We encourage you to come for a visit, review the website thoroughly, and reach out to us with any questions.

The Application and Registration Process

Schedule a Visit

If you are interested in afternoon co-op classes or summer camp only, you do not need to visit ahead of registration. All other registrations require a campus visit. The visit is waived for families who have attended one of our community events or programs in the past.

Submit Registration Forms

Forms can be downloaded below. You will need to submit a separate form for each child. If you are interested in more than one program, please use the first page to indicate the program for which you are registering. We will review the forms and let you know within a few days if we can take your child into the program.

Submit Payment

Once you get confirmation that we can accept your child into the program, you will receive a tuition invoice and payment schedule by email from a team member. Your deposit and/or full payment will complete your child’s enrollment.

Before Your Child's Spot Is Confirmed

We need the following from you before your enrollment is confirmed:

  • All pages of the registration packet completed, signed and returned by email or mail.
  • Your initial payment (or payment in full for afternoon classes and summer camp)
  • A completed campus visit (waived for summer camp and afternoon class applications)
